In order to have the elevator completely emptied before harvest, and any necessary maintenance issues resolved, the site will be closed for receiving grain September 1st thru the 14th. We will be undertaking some remodeling of the scale house and installing a computerized scale head at the same time, so the office will be closed during that time as well. We are holding a series of four “meet and greet” lunches Tuesday August 11th through Friday the 14th at the Kimballton Town Hall. Due to the need to maintain social distancing, we are limiting the attendance each day to 27. The meetings will be catered by Scott Lange, serving brisket sandwiches and cheesy potatoes.

We expect all presentations to be finished by 1:30 each day, but we will stay afterward to visit and answer questions for as long as you want to stay. In order to keep the attendance within the 27-person limit, you must RSVP and indicate which day you plan to attend. Once we’ve reach 27 guests for the day, you will be asked to attend another day.
