USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values steady to firm on moderate demand and heavy offerings. 
Select and Choice rib and chuck cuts steady to firm while round and loin cuts 
steady 
to weak. Beef trimmings sharply higher on good demand and light offerings.

light to moderate.  The New York shell egg inventory is 27% less than 
last week.  Demand is moderate to instances good.  Offerings are light 
to moderate.  Market activity is mostly moderate.
